Countertop Repair Services

Keep your countertops looking amazing for years to come.

A chipped edge or scratch doesn’t always mean a new countertop. Our stone technicians handle targeted countertop repair for homeowners, property managers and commercial clients across the South Sound — most often minor quartz chip repair and undermount sink reattachment, using color-matched epoxy and moisture-resistant adhesives built for stone.

On the maintenance side, we deep clean natural stone with pH-neutral, stone-safe cleansers, lift stains with poultice treatments, and reseal granite, marble and quartzite with commercial-grade sealer so the surface resists staining again. A simple water absorption test tells us whether your countertop is due.

Repair options depend on the material and the extent of the damage, so the fastest path is a photo. Send a picture and a short description and we’ll tell you what’s realistic before anyone schedules a visit.

What we Repair & Maintain

Countertop Services

Cleaning & Sealing

Deep cleaning with pH-neutral, stone-safe cleansers, then commercial-grade sealer on granite, marble and quartzite.

Stain Removal

Poultice treatments draw oil and pigment back out of porous stone instead of grinding the surface away.

Chip repair

Color-matched epoxy built up layer by layer, then leveled so the repair disappears into the pattern.

Crack Stabilization

Every slab is unique, with natural veining and movement from subtle to dramatic.

Sink Reattachment

Undermount sinks re-set with specialized moisture-resistant epoxy, plus new sink swaps in farmhouse, drop-in and undermount styles.

Commercial Surface Repair

Hygienic, easy-to-clean countertops for healthcare, hospitality and multi-family properties, maintained on your schedule.

Beyond Repair?

When replacing beats repairing.

Some damage isn’t worth chasing — a badly cracked slab, a failed seam in a discontinued color, or a surface you never liked to begin with. Browse hundreds of slabs in our Lacey showroom and we’ll price the replacement honestly against the repair.

Good to know

Countertop repair, answered.

Straight answers about what we repair, what we don’t, and how sealing and sink reattachment actually work.

We offer limited repair services, primarily minor quartz chip repairs and sink reattachments, along with cleaning, stain removal and resealing on natural stone. Repair options vary based on the material and the extent of the damage — send photos and a brief description and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can help with.

Yes, within the same limits. What matters is the material and the damage, not who fabricated it. Photos let us judge both before anyone schedules a trip.

It depends on the stone and how hard the surface works. Granite, marble and quartzite typically want periodic resealing; quartz never needs it. Use the water test — if droplets darken the stone within a few minutes, it’s absorbing and it’s time to reseal.

Close, but rarely perfect. We color-match epoxy to your countertop and build it up in layers so the fill follows the pattern, but a repair on a heavily veined or translucent stone can still catch the light at certain angles. On busy quartz patterns most repairs are genuinely hard to find.

Usually, yes — that’s one of our most common service calls. We re-set the sink with specialized moisture-resistant epoxy so it stays put and water can’t work its way into the cabinet. If the sink itself is failing, we can swap it for a new one while we’re there.
